3 Years House of Prayer MACEDONIA - MakHOP

Many years, they’ve tarried long,
Working for no earthly crown.

This call to prayer they did not create,
The human heart so much resistance,
it cannot take.

Others fathom not, they cannot understand.

Perhaps they themselves sometimes sit in
bewilderment.

What are we waiting for? Why do we tire?
Sitting on our knees hour after hour?
Have you really called us to build a kingdom yet unrealized at this hour?

All of their resources are gone,
Nothing have they left

Intellect says stop...
Emotions say give up...
Yet they hold on, anchored by a hope
He has provided as enough.

The dark hours have passed, come into the light.
There is more than enough of Me to continue the fight.

New troops have arrived, drawn to My banner held high.
Band now together, you are stronger than a horde of lies.

You underestimate the power of light.
As the hours add up, the darkness takes flight.

Be encouraged O hearts!
Your faith is not in vain
I would not have called you
where the victory I had not already gained.

Their hearts seem unbreakable, the layers have built up:
war, destruction, conflict hatred…

My tools at your disposal, my strategies are these:
peace, redemption, healing, and grace,
will bring them to their knees.

My stores are endless, I know no bounds.
I will have the victory, worry not.

Simply continue on, petitioning that others may also wear a heavenly crown.
One day you’ll stand side by side with those for who many tears you cried.
In that day, at that time, you’ll realize,
O, your work was not in vain.

The Passion & Compassion of God the Father

Passion:                                God the Father is passionate God, passionate Father. First: God the Father is passionate towards His son Jesus Christ. In both Matthew 3:17 during Jesus baptism and Matthew 17:5 the mount of transfiguration we hear the voice of the Father saying about Jesus: This is my beloved Son in whom I am well pleased. With other words the Father is saying: this is the one whom I love the most, He is the most excellent, He is above any other, He is the most cherished one, He is the one to be listen to and one to be worshiped. The Father exalts the Son to the highest place of honor because He loves Him with a strong, passionate love and He has given all things into His hand! Second: God the Father is passionate towards you and me!  In His high priestly prayer in John 17 Jesus while talking to the Father says that He (the Father) loved them (the disciples, or us) even as You (the Father) ha

Two Years House of Prayer - Macedonia

It has been two years since we started the House of Prayer ministry in Macedonia and almost two years I've been living in Skopje.  Is funny to think that one simple sentence kind of started the whole ministry. After I returned from IMI internship in Amsterdam I had a meeting with few leaders from Skopje who wanted to start a House of Prayer and they asked me how to start one. I was a wrong person to be asked that question but in that moment I just said: you just start, no matter where, no matter how many people there is, no matter what you have or don't have, you just start small, just one meeting in the week, just two hours, just worshipping God and waiting on Him.  Oops :) these leaders took me very seriously and the very next week we had our first Friday night time of worship and prayer, waiting on God.  At that time I still had other plans, to go and serve God in Montenegro working with the local church there but one morning I woke up with a thought on my mind; why not Mace

The Passion & Compassion of God the Son

Passion:     Jesus lived for the pleasure of the Father. He lived to please the Father in everything He did. He said that He came to do the will of the one who sent Him and out of love for the Father, Jesus does what the Father has commanded Him. Delighting in the embrace of the Father was all that He longed for. The Bible tells us that early in the morning and late at night He would be alone with the Father. The heart of Jesus was passionately in-loved with the Father and He was abiding in the Father's love. Jesus revealed His passion for the Father at age 12 saying that He had to be in His father's house Luke 2:49.      In John 17 Jesus reveals his passion when He prays for the disciples: Father I desire for them to be with me and see my glory...that you have given me because you loved me.... The passion of Jesus is the glory of God the Father, His presence, being with Him, beholding Him face to face....this was the ultimate passion of Jesus!     And this same passion t
